FAQ - Account prorblems? New in L][Terror and cant login?

English:

When you make your new account, you open client, input your fresh account and wait to login.. you will probably come up with an NCsoft error.

The reason is that you didn't click the link inside the Activation Email which is being sent to your Inbox right after the creation of the Account.

If you go to your Inbox, and you still don't see any Activation Email, it has to be one of the following reasons:

1) You use yahoo email. Yahoo is problematic, create Hotmail.
2) It's in your Junk Mail.

Όταν δημιουργείτε ένα καινούριο Account, και ανοίγετε τον client, βάζετε το νέο Account σας και περιμένετε να μπείτε.. πιθανότατα θα καταλήξετε με ένα πρόβλημα από την NCsoft.

Ο λόγος θα είναι το ότι δεν πατήσατε το Link μέσα από το Mail ενεργοποίησης που σας στάλθηκε στα εισερχόμενά σας αμέσως μετά την δημιουργία του Account.

Εαν πάτε στα εισερχόμενά σας, και ακόμα δεν βλέπετε πουθενά το Mail ενεργοποίησης, θα πρέπει να είναι ένας απο τους 2 παρακάτω λόγους:

1) Χρησιμοποιείτε Yahoo και ως γνωστόν ο Yahoo είναι προβληματικός. Η λύση είναι να φτιάξετε ένα Hotmail.
2) Το Mail θα έχει κριθεί ανεπιθύμητο και θα έχει μπεί στα Junk Mail σας.
